How We Work

    • You’ll be warmly greeted with a video call by our dedicated concierge system

    • Through an engaging and friendly interview, the concierge assesses your unique needs, concerns, and personality traits.

    • Based on this assessment, the concierge thoughtfully matches you with a counselor who aligns with your requirements.

    • The concierge coordinates the first virtual counseling session and schedules an initial virtual meeting with your personal trainer.

    • This personalized approach ensures a tailor-made experience from the very beginning.

    • You get to meet your counselor for your first session.

    • Our caring and knowledgeable counselors will guide you through an open and supportive conversation. Having already received preliminary information from your interview, you can and your counselor can get a head start.

    • During this session, you’ll be assessed thoroughly, and your concerns, troubles , and goals are explored, setting the foundation for the journey ahead.

    • Concurrently, you’ll meet with a skilled personal trainer.

    • The trainer conducts a comprehensive well-being assessment, encompassing fitness level, health condition, and aspirations.

    • Collaboratively, you’ll define goals and create an online fitness program tailored to the client's preferences and needs.

    • From then on, the trainer will follow up and track your work rand progress remotely, or engage in one on one virtual session, depending on your preference, providing accountability, encouragement, and guidance.

    • Our concierge system remains a dedicated point of contact for you.

    • Regular check-ins are conducted to gauge satisfaction, address any concerns, and ensure a positive experience.

    • Our top priority is your happiness with both your counselor and personal trainer.
